The Solar Panel subteam fully designs and builds the photovoltaic panels for our solar-powered speedboat. Our goal is to make a solar panel system that is energy efficient and competitive. The panel array is constructed with balanced parameters of maximum power production, minimal aerodynamic drag, durability, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness. Our work largely consists of material research, manufacturing, electronic wiring, and detailed testing procedures.
